Monday through Friday

5:00p.m. - 5:30p.m. Helping class*
5:30p.m. - 6:20p.m. Childrens class
6:30p.m. - 7:20p.m. Family Class
7:30p.m. - 8:00p.m. Open

Saturday Morning

9:00a.m. - 10:20a.m. Black Belt
10:30a.m. - 11:20a.m. Family Class

*The helping class is a supplemental class. It is not a substitution for regular classes.  If a student attends a 5:00 helping class, they are expected to stay for the 5:30 class as well.
